At NEEWER, we stand behind the quality of our photography and cinematography equipment with a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges for items in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your NEEWER account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box with all accessories and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
